The Coach or Course Creator
You've created a business, program, platform, or body of work that's becoming recognizable.
Founding-client opening: 5 founding-client spots, August 27–September 2.
Protect My Brand →Trademark Protection for Growing Brands
Attorney-led trademark protection for entrepreneurs ready to protect what they've worked too hard to build—without getting lost in legalese.
Modern legal protection, with a little Southern hospitality.

You've spent months—maybe years—building recognition around a name. A storefront. A program. A product line. A body of work people now associate with you.
And trademark protection has been sitting quietly on the "I'll handle that later" list, somewhere between rebranding the website and finally updating your contracts.
“I'll handle trademarks when the business gets bigger” gets interesting when you realize…it did.
Somewhere along the way, the business you were “seeing where this goes” with became a brand you intend to keep. You aren't behind. It may simply be time for the protection side of the business to catch up.
Founding Client Investment
One clear path from "I should probably protect this" to an attorney-guided trademark application and prosecution process.
You make one payment. The legal fee and the government filing fee are identified separately so you always know exactly what you're paying for. Additional classes require the applicable additional USPTO filing fee.
Founding Client Opening

Founding Client Extra
The Brand Protection Roadmap
After filing, founding clients receive a practical roadmap designed to help them understand what happens next, what to pay attention to, and when future growth in the brand may create new IP considerations. It's a resource, not an additional legal engagement.

What's Included
A streamlined client questionnaire and attorney review to understand the mark, business, goods/services, and protection goals.
Attorney-led clearance research designed to identify potential conflicts and inform filing strategy.
Clear guidance about potential risks, recommended classes, and the strategy for moving forward.
If the initial mark presents concerns and filing is not recommended, the package includes strategy guidance and one additional clearance search for one alternative mark.
Attorney preparation and filing of one federal trademark application with the USPTO.
The initial investment includes the standard USPTO filing fee reflected above for one class. Additional classes incur the applicable additional government fee.
The application is monitored and meaningful USPTO updates are communicated through the client portal.
Attorney handling of Office Action responses within the defined scope of representation, up to the point where a TTAB proceeding would be required.
The $2,350 initial investment includes the USPTO filing fee for one class. Additional classes require the applicable additional USPTO filing fee.
How It Works
Four stages. No guesswork about where you are.
A short questionnaire in the secure portal. No meeting required to begin.
I research your mark and tell you plainly what I see and what I recommend.
If we move forward, your application is prepared and filed.
I watch the application and reach out when there's something worth knowing.
Trademark registration takes time, and no attorney can control the USPTO's timeline. But you won't be left wondering what happens next.
The Experience
This is intentionally a boutique experience. The process is designed so that your time is spent on the parts that actually matter—your brand, your strategy, your decisions—rather than chasing updates.
High-touch where attorney judgment matters. Streamlined everywhere else.
Who This Is For
You've created a business, program, platform, or body of work that's becoming recognizable.
Your name is appearing on products, packaging, marketing, and customer orders—and you're building recognition around it.
You've built real goodwill around your business name and want to be intentional about protecting it.
Your business isn't just an experiment anymore. You're building something you intend to keep.
You don't need to be a huge company to start thinking like a brand owner.
What's Not Included
The flat-fee trademark package covers the work described above. It does not automatically include unrelated or later-stage legal matters, such as:
Office Action support is included within the defined scope of representation, up to the point where a TTAB proceeding would be required. If something arises outside the scope of your package, I'll explain the issue and your options—which may require separate representation and fees—before additional legal work is undertaken.
